The Services Growth Marketing team is on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager dedicated to defining, developing, and launching systems and processes that bolster the continuous growth and enjoyment of Apple's media services, encompassing Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+, and Apple One.


Central to this position is a profound understanding of subscription media services, marketing initiatives, product development cycles, and agile, real-time collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, demonstrating creativity and humility to generate innovative ideas informed by data and structured reasoning.This role necessitates close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

This position will engage with internal Marketing leads and a diverse team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business leads to:


  • Design and implement projects, features, and programs for the ongoing enhancement of Apple's services business and the associated customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of collaboration platforms utilized within the team and by our partners to monitor and prioritize projects and programs, including recommending and driving feature enhancements, contributing to business requirements, and facilitating implementation into Growth Marketing.
  • Monitor and communicate project and program status across various business units and lifecycles.
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in project and process management with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.

Proven experience in creating and managing project workflows and timelines, utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.

B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated proficiency in working effectively and independently across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with only high-level guidance.

Capability to cultivate and sustain strong partner relationships, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to prioritize and develop implementation plans for new features, programs, and capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This structure allows for growth and advancement as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with actual base pay depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Additionally, employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
