Role Overview

Operations Program Managers (OPMs) play a crucial role in the agile development and implementation of essential strategic initiatives within the Product Operations division.

A successful OPM embodies leadership and facilitation skills; is motivated, organized, and detail-oriented; excels in program and project management; communicates effectively at all levels; and possesses the drive to thrive in uncertain environments.

We lead within the global operations team and collaborate across engineering, software, regulatory, and other departments to create meaningful impact through innovative and significant projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain, or product development, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Master's or MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in project management, operations, or consulting roles.
  • Able to navigate and excel independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex ideas and data clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for swift data collection, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Experience with international and/or regional Product Safety, Environmental, EMC, and Regulatory standards/regulations, and/or government affairs is advantageous.
