Position Summary:

The Services Growth Marketing team is in search of a seasoned Project Manager to concentrate on defining, developing, and implementing systems and processes that facilitate the continuous growth and enjoyment of Apple's media services, which encompass Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+, and Apple One.


Central to this position is a profound comprehension of subscription media services, marketing initiatives, product development cycles, and adaptable, real-time collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate will engage in rapid and iterative cycles, demonstrating creativity and humility to generate new concepts utilizing data and structured reasoning to guide their approach.

This role necessitates close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

This role will collaborate with internal Marketing leaders and a cross-functional team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to:

  • Design and implement projects, features, and programs for the ongoing advancement of Apple's services business and the related customer experience.
  • Engage in the development and enhancement of the collaboration platforms utilized within the team and by our partners to monitor and prioritize projects and programs, including recommending and driving feature improvements, contributing to business requirements, and overseeing the implementation into Growth Marketing.
  • Communicate and manage project and program status across various business units and lifecycles.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in project and process management with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.

Experience in creating and managing project workflows and timelines, utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.

B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.


Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the capability to communicate with and present to partners at all organizational levels.

Proven expertise in working effectively and independently across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with only high-level guidance.

Ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.

A passion for collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to prioritize and develop implementation plans for new features, programs, and capabilities.


Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows for progression as you grow and develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if they voluntarily participate in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
