The Services Growth Marketing team is in search of a seasoned Project Manager to concentrate on defining, developing, and implementing systems and processes that bolster the continuous growth and enjoyment of Apple's media services, including Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+, and Apple One.


This role demands a profound understanding of subscription media services, marketing initiatives, product development cycles, and adaptable, real-time collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, demonstrating creativity and humility to generate innovative ideas informed by data and structured reasoning.

This position necessitates close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
This role will collaborate with internal Marketing leaders and a cross-functional team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business leads to:

  • Develop and launch initiatives, features, and programs for the ongoing advancement of Apple's services business and the associated customer experience.
  • Engage in the development and enhancement of the collaboration platforms utilized within the team and by our partners to monitor and prioritize projects and programs, including recommending and driving feature improvements, contributing to business requirements, and facilitating implementation into Growth Marketing.
  • Report on and manage project and program status across various business units and lifecycles.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project and process management with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
Experience in creating and managing project workflows and timelines, utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.
B.A./B.S or M.S.

or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with and present to partners at all organizational levels.

Proven ability to work effectively and independently across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with only high-level guidance.
Capacity to build and sustain strong partner relationships and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to prioritize and devise implementation strategies for new features, programs, and capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a range.

This allows for growth as you advance and develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your base pay contingent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
