The Services Growth Marketing division is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager dedicated to defining, developing, and implementing systems and processes that enhance the ongoing growth and user experience of Apple's media services, which encompass Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+, and Apple One.


Central to this position is a profound understanding of subscription-based media services, marketing initiatives, product development cycles, and adaptable, real-time collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, demonstrating creativity and humility to generate innovative ideas grounded in data and structured reasoning.

This role necessitates close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
This position will collaborate with internal Marketing leaders and a diverse team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to:

  • Design and implement projects, features, and programs that drive the ongoing development of Apple's services business and enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage in the advancement and refinement of the collaboration platforms utilized by the team and our partners to monitor and prioritize projects and programs, including recommending and facilitating feature improvements, contributing to business requirements, and overseeing implementation within Growth Marketing.
  • Monitor and communicate project and program status across various business units and lifecycle stages.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project and process management with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
Proficient in creating and managing project workflows and timelines, utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.
B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and present to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction.

Strong capability to cultivate and maintain robust partner relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to prioritize and develop implementation strategies for new features, programs, and capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This structure allows for progression as you grow and develop within your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your specific salary will be influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Additionally, Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
