Position Overview
As a Clinical Laboratory Technician specializing in Chemistry, you will engage in a diverse range of laboratory tasks utilizing both manual and automated techniques. Your role will require a significant level of independent judgment in executing and reporting test results. You will also play an active role in the laboratory's quality enhancement initiatives.

Educational Requirements
Associates Degree:
Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with a minimum of 26 science credits, complemented by relevant experience in a CLIA-certified laboratory, or completion of a Military Training Program (including a recognized U.S. Military medical laboratory procedures training course and holding the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist - Laboratory Technician).

Licenses and Certifications
  • ASCP - American Society for Clinical Pathology (Preferred)

Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in the relevant laboratory section (Preferred)
