ROLE OF A LOAN SERVICES SUPERVISOR

As the Loan Services Supervisor at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will take charge of the seamless management of loan servicing operations, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the member experience. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing various departmental functions, including DMV servicing, Collateral Protection Insurance, and Credit Reporting. This crucial position involves supervising the processing of title and registration, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

By evaluating loan servicing processes and offering strategic insights, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations and boosting member satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LOAN SERVICES SUPERVISOR POSITION

  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in loan servicing, including supervisory responsibilities.

  • The capability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines.
