Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and property owners, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards, with the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and software.
