**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor and evaluate project performance, including cost management, scheduling, and resource allocation. Provide necessary updates to project stakeholders.

+ Oversee and manage program activities across both technical and non-technical domains.

+ Ensure site compliance, uphold customer service standards, and manage program administration and safety protocols in line with contractual obligations and company policies. Proactively address and resolve operational challenges.

+ Develop and execute maintenance and logistics strategies to meet client and military specifications. Lead and mentor teams to achieve program objectives effectively.

+ Act as a liaison between project management and clients to ascertain specific needs and requirements. Formulate detailed site requirements and assignments to fulfill project and client expectations. Collaborate with personnel to investigate and resolve operational issues.

+ Engage in high-level customer interactions, assisting personnel with contractual proposals and deliverables, and contributing to the development of responses to Requests for Quotes. Prepare necessary technical and management documentation to support customer reviews.

+ Undertake additional duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, facilities management, or a related field, accompanied by 10 years of relevant experience in the private sector or military, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Or an Associate degree in a relevant discipline with 14 years of applicable experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.

Or a High School diploma/equivalent with 18 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.

+ A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.

+ Proficient knowledge of maintenance engineering principles, technologies, and management practices.

+ Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

+ Familiarity with mechanical equipment, tools, electrical systems, and calibration standards.

+ Understanding of human resources, finance, and taxation in a multinational context.

+ Knowledge of federal government contracting processes and applicable regulations.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in word processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance, with US Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

+ This position may necessitate travel.
