Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold company standards in all interactions, including those with clients and team members.
  • Support management in leading morning safety briefings.
  • Conduct daily safety assessments of tools, vehicles, and work sites.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including employee time logs, daily mileage records, and billing for additional services rendered.
  • Execute landscape and roadway maintenance tasks, such as pruning, planting, and mowing.
  • Initiate repairs for any defective or hazardous equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisors regarding crew performance, equipment concerns, and job-related issues.
Required Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed (unless otherwise specified):
  • Fundamental understanding of landscape upkeep and construction.
  • Minimum of 2 years of landscape experience.
  • Ability to meet the company's driving standards.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with company driving eligibility criteria.
