About Atlantic IT:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to oversee the management of client accounts and ensure all deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and project coordination, with the ability to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, managing and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Client Success: Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and control project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in client success and project management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management and project coordination.
  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Applications, Bachelor's degree in Physics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $45,000 - $105,000, along with bonus and commission opportunities.
