Job Title: Director of Customer Success

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success team at CitiusTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven track record of driving customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing customer success team to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and training.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management on customer success performance.

Performance & Metrics:

  • Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support and service delivery, and proactively identify and address customer issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in the data and analytics industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
