Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you'll be responsible for leading product implementation, building lasting relationships with our customers, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product implementation, including setup, configuration, and training
  • Help sales teams win by getting new customers to success quickly
  • Build deep relationships with customers through regular meetings, communication, and collaboration
  • Help shape the product by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to bring new customers into our community and facilitate storytelling
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
