About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Search BizAthletes. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of our equipment and software
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions with clients to help them get the most out of our products
- Document all customer interactions and activity in our CRM system
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Associates degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy)
- Certifications or training in pharmaceutical packaging, CRM systems, or customer service
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50% of the time
