Job Overview:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting end users with a range of computing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to users on various computing issues.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user-related technical problems.
  • Deliver support through phone, remote access, on-site visits, or desk-side assistance as necessary.
  • Set up and configure devices for new hires, including imaging and preparation.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to document and manage support requests effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage device inventory and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Availability for extended hours or occasional weekend work may be required.
  • Support Office 365 tools, troubleshoot VPN connectivity, and assist with mobile device issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with Windows 10 support.
  • Background in help desk operations.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and remotely.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding high standards of service.
  • Experience with End User Computing (EUC) at a Level 2, including scripting capabilities.
