Job Overview:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting end users with a range of computing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to users on various technical issues.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user-related computing problems.
  • Deliver technical support through various channels including phone, remote access, and in-person visits as necessary.
  • Manage the setup and imaging of devices for new hires. Familiarity with ticketing systems is essential.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of support tickets and resolution processes. Oversee device inventory management.
  • This position may require extended hours or occasional work during nights or weekends.
  • Support Office 365 productivity tools, troubleshoot VPN connectivity, and assist with mobile device issues while adhering to client compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 environments.
  • Previous experience in a help desk capacity.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, whether in person, over the phone, via email, or through remote support tools.
  • Capability to manage workload effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
