  • Stay up-to-date with Convergent Dental products and services, providing expert knowledge to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical service roles, preferably in a clinical or technical service environment.
  • Windows and MS Office Suite experience required, with Salesforce experience a plus.
