Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Provincetown Condo Association is seeking an experienced and qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks, handling administrative duties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and other staff members as needed.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Financial Management: Handle money and monthly accounting of administrative fees collected.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to new tasks and office duties in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of condominium rentals and leasing experience, as well as sales applications.
  • Skills: Proficient with emailing, Microsoft Word, and Excel programs. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
