Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism across various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  2. Oversee the inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  3. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events effectively.
  4. Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  5. Support basic HR functions, including onboarding new hires and managing HR documentation.
  6. Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate necessary services.
  7. Provide support to executive management as required.
  8. Assist with planning and executing events as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity with exceptional organizational abilities.
  2. Proficient in handling phone systems and managing incoming calls with professionalism.
  3. Language proficiency, particularly in English and Korean, is preferred.
