FlutterFlow is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance our Partnerships team. This position is tailored for individuals with extensive experience in managing and executing partnerships with Systems Integrators (SIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) within the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).

Your Role

As the inaugural regional hire for APAC in the Partnerships division, you will embody a multifaceted approach, demonstrating ownership and urgency in your execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement: Oversee and facilitate SI & GSI partner enablement, ensuring that partners have access to essential resources and training materials to effectively develop and market FlutterFlow solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with regional SIs & GSIs, serving as the primary liaison. Formalize partnership agreements, provide continuous support, and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  • Co-selling Initiatives: Formulate comprehensive joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, establishing clear priorities, collaborative initiatives, and specific objectives for pipeline growth and successful outcomes.
  • Joint Solution Development: Collaborate with the FlutterFlow Enterprise Sales team and partners to design compelling offerings that assist customers in transforming their operations by leveraging unique partner capabilities alongside FlutterFlow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess partner performance metrics. Track Partner Sourced & Partner Influenced revenue, set specific targets, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.

Who You Are

You possess over 7 years of experience in managing SI/GSI partnerships, with a strong grasp of the enterprise sales process, particularly in the APAC region. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.

You have an analytical mindset, adept at tracking performance metrics and making informed, data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and proactive, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Crossbeam) is advantageous, and prior experience in technology, tech sales, or startups is a plus.
