Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide top-level support for 2 doctor entrepreneurs at Vibrant-MD. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Additionally, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations, prepare presentations, and create social media content. There will be other general administrative support needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Responding to emails for people who make inquiries or need help with their coaching portal
- Drafting slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
- Providing other general administrative support
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Google Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Decent math skills desired
- Familiarity with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Descript, Canva, and ability to learn new tools
