We are a 35-year-old, award-winning leader in the Home Improvement sector, expanding our Customer Engagement team to meet the growing demand from our clientele.
This role is designed for individuals eager to advance their Sales careers and increase their earnings.
We are in search of a highly driven Customer Engagement Specialist who possesses a competitive spirit and a proactive attitude. You will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in a performance-oriented environment.
In this role, you will reach out to homeowners who have shown interest in our services to schedule appointments for in-home consultations and price assessments. You will be thoroughly trained to discuss our replacement window and bathroom remodeling services, guiding homeowners to recognize benefits such as enhanced home resale value and energy efficiency.

Qualifications for Customer Engagement Specialists:
- Comfortable with performance-driven objectives
- Ability to adhere to a script and engage in persuasive dialogues
- Proven capability to identify needs and address objections
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Highly competitive and self-motivated
- Strong desire to achieve success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proficient in computer skills
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Call Center or Inside Sales, required
- Experience in Collections or related fields is advantageous
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm and every Saturday 8am-2pm
