Location: Onsite

Position Highlights:
  • Starting pay of $19.50, with a potential increase of $0.50 following the completion of the training period.
  • Earn 1 PTO day each month, which can be carried over month to month, but not year to year.
  • Availability required: 9am-9pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-6pm on Friday.
  • Assigned 8-hour shifts with a 10% pay premium for hours worked after 6pm Monday-Friday.
  • Access to company amenities including a cafe and gym while onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with recent customers to follow up on their purchases and gather feedback.
  • Conduct a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily, ensuring accountability for performance metrics.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations with customers, utilizing basic troubleshooting skills for inquiries.
  • Make informed decisions regarding customer transfers when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Background in elevated customer service environments (e.g., high-end retail or dining).
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in any sector, including office, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong conversational skills, with the ability to engage customers and encourage open dialogue about their experiences.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can meet performance expectations independently.
  • Technologically savvy, with a passion for automobiles and the ability to explain features effectively.
  • Curious and proactive in asking questions to uncover customer needs.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy in coding and documentation processes.
  • No history of collections or charge-offs.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for cars is a plus.
