Carl Murray - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with the agent to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be currently held) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
