Senior Sales Leader

We design large-scale industrial water treatment programs to help improve operating efficiency, protect equipment assets, and meet environmental goals.
Job Summary:You will implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory. Your focus is on growing new business and managing existing accounts within your geography while strengthening relationships with your current customers.
Responsibilities:- Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory
- Grow new business and manage existing accounts within your geography
- Strengthen relationships with current customers
- Travel by car independently throughout your assigned territory to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving
- Communicate results to ChemTreat account managers and customers using excellent written and verbal skills
- 7+ years of experience in water testing, chemical handling, measurements, documenting results with reports, and communicating findings
- Industrial Water Treatment Experience
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Must live in the Omaha area by your start date
- Preferred: Ethanol experience

Your safety is our number one priority at ChemTreat - you will receive training, resources, and all appropriate protective equipment necessary to perform this role safely and effectively. Industrial locations vary and may be outdoors, in boiler plants, refineries, nuclear facilities, and other similar locations where the use of hazardous chemicals, high noise levels, and manufacturing equipment are routine.
US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
