- Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with referral sources to enhance community reputation and generate inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure suitable placements and successful residency experiences.
- Participate in sales meetings and work collaboratively with leadership to promote a unified sales approach.
- Handle all reservation deposits and related fees associated with marketing efforts.
- Respond to inquiries and conduct tours during designated hours, ensuring availability for potential residents and their families.
- Monitor the community environment to uphold positive first impressions and communicate any concerns to management.
- Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel across Iowa and Nebraska as required.
