The Store Manager at Victoria's Secret & Co is a pivotal leader dedicated to upholding the company's values while delivering exceptional experiences for customers and team members alike. This key position reports directly to the District Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

The Store Manager is instrumental in driving sales performance by managing the sales environment, mentoring team members, evaluating performance, and actively participating in the sales process. Furthermore, they ensure operational excellence by overseeing visual merchandising, managing payroll, controlling inventory, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires a commitment to achieving consistent performance through data-driven insights and decisive actions. Additionally, the Store Manager is responsible for developing future leaders within their team and is an expert in all aspects of store operations, including brand management, team dynamics, and operational efficiency. They also oversee the scheduling of leadership and team members.

Direct Reports Include:

Customer Experience Managers, Customer Experience Leads, and Sales Associates.

Responsibilities of the Store Leadership Team Include:
  • Exemplifying and embodying the company’s values at the store level.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by coaching, engaging in team selling, and personal selling.
  • Conducting performance observations and providing constructive feedback to associates.
  • Understanding the roles of all associates and ensuring each contributes positively to the team and customer experience.
  • Linking performance outcomes to behaviors to drive sales growth.
  • Effectively managing labor resources to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Upholding brand presentation standards through effective visual merchandising.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure clear communication and execution of brand standards.
  • Adhering to and promoting company policies and procedures.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as needed, including Floorset mapping, supporting product launches, onboarding new hires, and managing shipment processing.

Compensation Range: $66,000 - $82,500.00

Victoria's Secret & Co provides an estimated salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, and location.

  • Proficiency in using technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
  • Preference for candidates with over 10 years of retail leadership experience.
