Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Living Sales Specialist to manage the IA and NE territories. This role involves visiting various communities to foster relationships with potential clients and promote our services, ultimately supporting occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to current Senior Living Sales Consultants, collaborating with Regional Directors of Operations to enhance on-site sales performance.
  • Travel within Nebraska and Iowa to support the sales team, conduct community tours, and engage with prospective families regarding the transition process.
  • Drive occupancy rates above 95% through effective marketing, public relations, and resident engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, residents, and community influencers to understand their needs and facilitate informed decisions.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including advertising, events, and referral networking to enhance community presence and generate inquiries.
  • Respond to inquiries and conduct personal visits, employing follow-up techniques to secure sales.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to meet established goals, reviewing and adjusting strategies quarterly.
  • Utilize a lead tracking system to manage all prospect and referral interactions efficiently.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources to build trust and increase inquiries.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure suitable placements and successful residency experiences.
  • Participate in sales meetings and work collaboratively with leadership to promote a cohesive sales process.
  • Manage reservation deposits and related fees associated with marketing efforts.
  • Handle inquiries and conduct tours during extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Monitor community operations to ensure optimal first impressions and address any concerns with management.
  • Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Willingness to travel across IA and NE territories.
