Key Responsibilities:

* Greet walk-in customers and answer questions clearly and competently.
* Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere.
* Learn and teach customers about products, assisting sales in the showroom.
* Demonstrate new methods and products to customers in the showroom.
* Interact with customers and fellow Customer Service Representatives, demonstrating professionalism.
* Conduct daily sales transactions and make deposits.
* Process orders error-free, with specific attention to credit information.
* Stock shelves in the showroom and stockroom.
* Answer phone calls, return calls, and call past-due accounts.
* Place reminder calls to class attendees.
* Handle coordinating, setting up, and cleaning educational classes.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures.
* Valid driver's license or identification card.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in janitorial, big-box store, restoration, remediation, carpet cleaning, or installation companies or products is a bonus.
* Cash handling experience.
* Proficient in administrative and documentation procedures.
* Competent with working on a computer, familiar with MS Suite.
* Strong communication skills: written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* High level of organizational skills with great attention to detail.
