What are we seeking in our Operations Strategy Consultant?
Russell Tobin & Associates is in search of a Digital Ordering Program Manager to collaborate with one of our esteemed global technology partners. The Digital Ordering team is dedicated to enhancing the utilization and implementation of proprietary online ordering solutions for major enterprise brands.
Compensation: $75-$85/hr, based on experience
Work Arrangement: Remote - US
Part-time Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist ongoing projects with restaurant brands transitioning to online ordering solutions as part of the strategy and operations team.
- Maintain an updated database of online ordering services by brand to ensure current knowledge of restaurant capabilities and to inform the lead list for these offerings.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market resources aimed at educating internal stakeholders about online ordering solutions, enabling them to effectively promote these services to restaurants.
- Document the processes necessary for executing the activation of these services for restaurants adopting online ordering solutions.
- Serve as a project manager for restaurant activations, aiding internal teams with these activation initiatives using the Salesforce platform.
- Provide Q&A support to internal teams when inquiries arise and/or troubleshooting is needed to resolve issues related to online ordering services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with a demonstrated history of success and increasing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in project management and/or analytics with the capability to delve into details to address challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL (query building), Sigma (report building), and Airtable (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
