Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the planning and execution of strategic projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to outline project requirements, formulate project timelines, and set performance metrics to evaluate success.
  • Examine existing operational workflows to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to ensure the smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Oversee project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively devise solutions to maintain project alignment with objectives.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.
  • Offer direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, strategic development, or process enhancement.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management and business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
