Job Overview

Position: Regional Service Operations Manager

Reports to: Territory Operations Director

FLSA: Exempt

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing field personnel and contractual partners, including service technicians and independent contractors.
  • Providing support and resolving inquiries from field personnel.
  • Engaging in ongoing education regarding 12V technology and its advancements.
  • Executing daily operational tasks within the designated area.
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Conducting quality assurance inspections of all facilities at least quarterly.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  • Demonstrating independent thinking and effectively addressing service challenges.
  • Recruiting and training new contractor facilities, while expanding the service network.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and personnel to provide assistance whenever possible.
  • Submitting required reports and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Leading, coordinating, and participating in corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency.
  • Communicating with management regarding any challenges encountered.
  • Maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and security of relevant information and records.
  • Complying with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Being available for after-hours and weekend calls as needed.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the organization as a Service Technician.
  • Achieving a score of over 90% on the Area Service Manager Test.
  • MECP: Advanced Installation Technician certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
