**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lot Director to join our team. As a Lot Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Customer Service: Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Dispatch and Operations: Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the facility and at the airport, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of customers.
  • Team Management: Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area, providing helpful information to customers and supporting guests as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, ensuring the overall success of the parking facility.

**Requirements**

  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.
  • License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
