Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance and promptly reporting any equipment issues to the Supervisor or Lead.
  • Gather necessary materials from the warehouse or staging area to support production needs.
  • Organize the production line, ensuring material availability, estimating progress, and scheduling breaks in alignment with production timelines while prioritizing safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of your work, checking for quality and compliance, and monitoring products for defects while assisting with inventory management.
  • Dispense required additives to media accurately and conduct pH balance techniques as necessary, investigating and resolving potential production issues.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as mandated.
  • Report any property damage or safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist, or Senior Management without delay.
  • Complete production tasks promptly and in accordance with departmental schedules.
