Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Director and the organization to devise creative sourcing and recruitment strategies, as well as outreach initiatives to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Work alongside recruiters and departmental leaders to collect and evaluate comprehensive recruitment data utilizing the ATS system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, coordinating with hiring managers to arrange employee orientation, onboarding, and training for new hires.
  • Engage in the development and maintenance of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, documentation, and ongoing reporting.
  • Actively contribute to the formulation and execution of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives and team-building programs.
  • Support and manage the processing of nonimmigrant visas and green card applications.
  • Oversee and coordinate employee recognition programs, service awards, and monthly appreciation events.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for highly collaborative teams.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the organization’s structure, roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Natural problem-solving abilities with a strong intuition, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities using both tactical and strategic analytical skills.
  • Extensive proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), ATS, and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
