Position Overview: As the Global Enterprise Marketing Strategist, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns while ensuring operational excellence within the marketing division.
  • Establish and uphold best practices in marketing automation, focusing on lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program development across various marketing channels.
  • Create comprehensive reports and analyses for multi-channel marketing efforts, utilizing diverse tools to monitor progress in lead generation and engagement.
  • Oversee project management for significant initiatives, ensuring effective communication, organization, and marketing expertise while managing complex workflows and maintaining operational standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Uberflip.
  • Develop targeted data segmentation strategies to enhance the personalization and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Construct and maintain performance dashboards and reports to evaluate marketing campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategies for optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.

Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional marketing experience - Proven ability to utilize data and metrics for improvement - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis - Experience in executing and scaling marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in customer research and data-driven decision-making - Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce - Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Tableau.
