- Establish and uphold best practices in marketing automation, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program development across various marketing channels.
- Create comprehensive reports and analyses for multi-channel marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation and engagement metrics.
- Oversee project management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring effective communication and organization while navigating complex workflows.
- Maintain data integrity within platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Uberflip, ensuring accurate and current information.
- Develop and implement data segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign personalization and effectiveness.
- Generate and maintain performance dashboards and reports to evaluate marketing campaign success and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
