Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our marketing strategy aimed at enhancing lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns while ensuring operational excellence within the marketing division.
  • Establish and uphold best practices in marketing automation, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program development across various marketing channels.
  • Create comprehensive reports and analyses for multi-channel marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation and engagement metrics.
  • Oversee project management for large-scale marketing endeavors, ensuring effective communication and organization while navigating complex workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Uberflip.
  • Develop and execute data segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign personalization and effectiveness.
  • Construct and sustain performance dashboards and reports to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and recommend optimizations for marketing strategies.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for clarity and efficiency.
