Global Enterprise Marketing Strategist

Position Overview: As a pivotal member of the marketing team, the Enterprise Marketing Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns while ensuring operational excellence within the marketing department.
- Establish and uphold best practices in marketing automation, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program development across various marketing channels.
- Generate detailed reports and analyses for multi-channel marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation and engagement metrics, ensuring alignment within the campaign framework.
- Oversee project management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring effective communication, organization, and marketing expertise while navigating complex workflows and maintaining operational standards.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Uberflip, maintaining up-to-date information.
- Implement targeted data segmentation strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimizations for marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute cross-functional marketing programs from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing customer research and data to inform marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce for segmentation and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation and visualization techniques.
