Position Overview: As the Global Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns while ensuring operational excellence within the marketing division.
  • Establish and uphold best practices in marketing automation, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program development across various marketing channels.
  • Create comprehensive reports and analyses for multi-channel marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation and engagement metrics, ensuring alignment within the campaign framework.
  • Oversee project management for significant initiatives, ensuring effective communication, organization, and marketing expertise while navigating complex workflows and maintaining operational standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Uberflip.
  • Implement targeted data segmentation strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.
  • Develop and sustain performance dashboards and reports to evaluate marketing campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimizations for marketing strategies.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to maintain clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to drive marketing improvements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute cross-functional marketing programs from inception to completion.
