Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive campaigns across various channels, driven by data-informed insights.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Content marketing teams to implement email outreach, audience engagement, website optimization, paid advertising, webinars, organic social media strategies, and sales support.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and programs, coordinating with all stakeholders and managing the global demand generation campaign calendar, from targeted account-based marketing to broader ongoing initiatives.
  • Analyze and assess the impact of campaign efforts on sales growth and revenue; continuously monitor campaign performance and return on investment, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Develop and enhance customer segmentation approaches based on engagement and behavioral metrics, ensuring tailored messaging that resonates with various audience segments throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Lead the creation, management, and updates of the campaign playbook by collaborating across the organization to formulate campaign integration and activation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign, product, or digital marketing, with a focus on developing scalable marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth, ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology context.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate intricate activities and adhere to tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Practical experience with marketing technology tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, Webflow, webinar platforms).
  • Dynamic, self-driven, results-oriented professional with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate through uncertainty.
  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to take initiative and execute tasks effectively.
