Regional Sales Director

A successful commercial business services provider is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead their Buffalo, NY business office. This is a well-established and successful regional territory in need of a strong leader who can manage sales and day-to-day operational activities.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and experience in managing a team of sales professionals. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Providing coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Compensation: $80K to $100K base salary + bonuses & commissions worth between $10K to $25K annually.
