About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies within assigned territories, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will represent the entire range of Redis products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring their needs and expectations are met by the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of complex enterprise technology and be able to articulate its value to customers. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will participate in sales enablement trainings and leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field experience in quota-carrying roles, with a focus on closing net new logos
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology is a plus
