Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast/East Coast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across the Northeast region, setting performance goals and providing guidance to achieve them.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Northeast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Requirements
  • Possess a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the LED lighting industry.
  • Demonstrate a unique ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies to deepen and broaden new customers and increase specifications.
  • Have a history of specifying high-end, technical, and performance products, preferably in retail, hospitality, automotive, and multi-location roll-outs.
  • Showcase a positive attitude, excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
