Job Overview:
We're looking for a Business Growth Manager to help us expand our presence in the Boston market. About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in new business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including cold calling, pitching, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
