Duties include:

  • Verifying enrollment status and degree awards
  • Correcting and updating academic records
  • Processing enrollment error reports from the National Student Clearinghouse
  • Preparing and organizing work for work-study students and staff
  • Providing assistance with grade adjustments and attendance reporting
  • Maintaining sensitivity, understanding, and respect for a diverse academic environment

This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff. A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience in an administrative or clerical support position are required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
