Role Overview:

The Corporate Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the President's office, focusing on project coordination, calendar management, and travel arrangements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the co-founders' priorities, ensuring their daily productivity and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, car service, and Amtrak bookings.
  • Oversee corporate and personal events, managing catering, event staff, and venue logistics.
  • Assist in managing the President's Chauffeur, ensuring timely arrivals to appointments and coordinating errands.
  • Host meetings, greeting guests, preparing conference rooms, and coordinating necessary supplies and food/beverages.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining files, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and assisting in written presentations.
  • Process expense reports and maintain filing systems.
