About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at one of our facilities. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's administrative and fiscal functions. This includes developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate database, filing, and reporting systems, as well as performing various administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect.
  • Supervise the maintenance of both program and client electronic and paper files in a confidential environment and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collect monies owed to the facility, including co-pays, script fees, and payer checks.
  • Prepare reports as required by the Program Director or designee.
  • Maintain organized, accurate systems to record, receive, and disburse client funds, valuables, and facility funds, as needed.
  • Maintain contact with appropriate community resources needed to facilitate care coordination.
  • Implement internal and external communication and reporting systems to facilitate thorough communications with program staff, regional office, funding and governmental agencies, and other community resources.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of office and clerical functions, Microsoft Word and Excel, system reporting and file maintenance, project management, customer service, and basic accounting.
Benefits

Gaudenzia offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, vision insurance, supplemental benefits, paid time off, vacation accruals, 10 paid holidays per calendar year, paid bereavement leave, education assistance benefit, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 5%.
