Strategic Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive to join our Community Solutions sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our products and services to high-level clientele, including C-suite executives, property owners, and government officials.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities in MDU and multi-family markets.
- Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements.
- Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Construction, Engineering, Sales Operations, Field Operations, Government Affairs, and Legal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of related sales experience in cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development.
- Experience with rights of entry/access, and FCC requirements for inside wiring rules.
- Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts in understandable ways and work well under pressure.
- Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
- Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services.
- Experience using automated report applications, such as Salesforce CRM.
