**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at US Paverscape Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, presenting and demonstrating products or services.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and inform clients about new products, updates, and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and finalize sales deals.
  • Focus on lead generation and conversion, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the building products or tangible goods manufacturing industry.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with real-world sales responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as QuickBooks.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
